YOUR AGREEMENT WITH Sport Graphics ("Sport Graphics") and brightroom, Inc. ("brightroom")

If you decide to purchase a print (“Print”), you may not reproduce, display, transmit, distribute or otherwise exploit the Print, or any portion thereof, in any manner, including, without limitation, print or electronic reproduction, publication or any display of photographs, without the prior written consent of Sport Graphics and brightroom, Inc. Prints are intended for your personal use only. 5. Other Terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any claim or proceeding arising under or otherwise concerning this Agreement shall exclusively be brought in the federal or local courts for the state of California and you consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts. In the event that Sport Graphics and brightroom, Inc. are the prevailing parties in any such action, you agree to be responsible for payment of Sport Graphics and brightroom, Inc.'s reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Sport Graphics and brightroom, Inc. reserve the right to make changes to this Web site, this Agreement, and the other information contained in this Web site at any time and without notice.
